A government department is seeking the services of a Business Analyst to conduct requirements gathering for an upgrade of the CRM 2013 system and new Intellidox forms, and Exchange/Outlook and SharePoint integration. The Business Analyst will identify and prioritise work to benefit users. They'll build an understanding of the CRM system users, their behaviours and insights on user interactions with these services. They'll lead and run contextual research sessions with real users and communicate findings to create actionable insights and guide design.
The contract is for 8 weeks.
The role requires the candidate to be an Australian Citizen and complete a police check prior to commencement.
The role closes to receipt of applications by 1pm 18th January 2019.
